Confession, I just ate two cookies with ice cream smushed in between… from Ruby Tuesday.. roughly 600 cals. :-( I see girls with boobs, small waist and abs. And here’s me, working out to get abs and there goes my boobs. krazininjakittyfordeanwinchester:
Def! Anytime! And never get discouraged… Honestly this week has been bad for me and it started with a cookie skillet at a local restaurant plus I’ve been slack at the gym! Just know that each day you will be better, and eventually it comes naturally! I’m starting back tomorrow, and that’s all you can do! My food and workout for Monday!
Breakfast: -Greek Vanilla Yogurt (w a few semi-sweet choco chips) -1/4 Large Blueberry Muffin (woops) Workout: Insanity (39 mins): Cardio & Resistance Lunch: My grandma wanted to go to IHOP- -Egg White (2), 2 Turkey Bacon, 1 Pancake (with hardly any syrup and NO butter) Snack: - Zucchini (Raw) -Snap Peas (Raw) Workout: Athletic Conditioning at my gym (ran while pushing weights, did tuck jumps, stair runs, etc (cardio day)) Snack: -Salad w/ Balsamic Vin. (very little) -Banana -Trail Mix Dinner: -Beef Tips w/ Green Pepper and Onions and a little bit of Spanish Rice Not bad, Two workouts and only two little non-healthy things. Slowly build yourself up to not craving bad foods, it is hard and I struggle with it everyday because my parents don’t eat the way I do! |
