Confession, I just ate two cookies with ice cream smushed in between… from Ruby Tuesday.. roughly 600 cals. :-(

toomanyshowsandpeople4onefangirl: Hey i just wanted to say keep up the good work. I saw on of your post and you said that it's hard not to crave because your parents don't eat like you do. I can relate to that as well. My family doesn't that healthy and there are temptations all around me. My problem is also that i tend to over eat and that doesn't help at all. I'm hanging in there though and trying to stay focus and not eat to many calories everyday. Thx for giving me just a little more inspiration that i needed.
Def! Anytime! And never get discouraged… Honestly this week has been bad for me and it started with a cookie skillet at a local restaurant plus I’ve been slack at the gym! Just know that each day you will be better, and eventually it comes naturally! I’m starting back tomorrow, and that’s all you can do!
My food and workout for Monday!
Breakfast: -Greek Vanilla Yogurt (w a few semi-sweet choco chips)
-1/4 Large Blueberry Muffin (woops)
Workout: Insanity (39 mins): Cardio & Resistance
Lunch: My grandma wanted to go to IHOP-
-Egg White (2), 2 Turkey Bacon, 1 Pancake (with hardly any syrup and NO butter)
Snack: - Zucchini (Raw)
-Snap Peas (Raw)
Workout: Athletic Conditioning at my gym (ran while pushing weights, did tuck jumps, stair runs, etc (cardio day))
Snack: -Salad w/ Balsamic Vin. (very little)
Dinner: -Beef Tips w/ Green Pepper and Onions and a little bit of Spanish Rice
Not bad, Two workouts and only two little non-healthy things.
Slowly build yourself up to not craving bad foods, it is hard and I struggle with it everyday because my parents don’t eat the way I do!
